Process description:

Solid preparation production line is characterized by granulation, wet grain, dry, dry grain, mixing a whole line for operation. The material is transported to the wet mixing granulator through vacuum feeding, and then exported to the discharge port for wet granulation after mixing and granulation. The wet granulation is connected to the fluidized bed through the food pipe, and the wet granulation is sucked into the fluidized bed dryer by the fluidized bed. After drying, the material basin of the fluidized bed is reversed and fixed by the flip hopper. The whole dry particles are unloaded to the moving bin, and the moving bin is transferred to the next step for mixing by the bin lifting mixer. The whole process seamlessly completes the previous process of tablet capsule particles.
